The building had an interesting history and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary wine and cheese in the lobby each evening was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with nearby bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The rooms were not as luxurious as expected, and the noise from the main road and nearby bars was disruptive. The shared patio area made me uncomfortable due to lack of privacy.

The hotel is perfectly located in the vibrant Five Points area, within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Guests can easily explore the neighborhood or take a short drive to nearby attractions in Georgia or the coast. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering a beautiful view. the complimentary breakfast, delivered to the room, is a delightful perk.
Some guests experienced issues with the plumbing, such as toilets running constantly and inconsistent water temperatures.

Great historic building with delightful charm. the staff is friendly and helpful in suggesting where to park depending on your room location. the complimentary breakfast is superb, with a parfait, bagel, juice, and coffee. A lovely added touch is the evening reception, and the restaurant/bar next door serves some yummy dishes.
One unpleasant surprise was finding a black hair clump in the shower drain and an uncleaned tub. the rooms aren't very spacious.
